Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 205/2006 and subsequent amendments (Change of Mind)
Dear Customer,
We inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without penalty, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products.
The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety (it will not be possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product) and the purchased item must be intact, returned at your care and expense, in the original packaging, sealed and intact, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box for shipping.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision through an explicit statement within the above deadline. To this end, you can choose:
- to use the withdrawal form found at the bottom of this page, filling it out and sending it via email to shop@yabebeauty.com
- to send a request via email to shop@yabebeauty.com with the following information:
- First and last name
- Order reference, date and number
- Indication of items to be returned (it is sufficient to indicate the code and quantity)
You must then properly package the product and ship it to the following address: WYM S.r.l. – Località Torresquadrata, 202 – 06059 Todi (PG) – Italy.
In the case of legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal, YA.BE will refund the total amount paid, excluding shipping costs, by crediting the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date on which YA.BE received the item subject to the right of withdrawal.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at YA.BE’s premises, at your disposal for collection or, at YA.BE’s choice, will be returned by YA.BE with shipping costs charged.
